Nordic Walking Wednesday, 18th March at 12noon.
A instruction session in Nordic Walking has been arranged with a professional instructor and you are welcome to join us. Tuition will be provided for up to one hour. It will take place at Frenchfield (near the small pavilion) on Wednesday, 18th March at 12noon. Bring your own poles if you have them but 8 sets of poles are available to borrow.
No previous experience required! Dress accordingly for the day.
